Ditch anything Modal - If you are in the middle of working and you attempt to move away from the page, the website displays a pop-up warning message telling you that you will lose your unsaved work. The pop up allows you to to close the pop-up and save or to exit out.

Write helpful error messages - When i was first logging into the website and making a new login name, i purposely typed my passwords different from each other. A simple error message came up telling me that the passwords did not match. This helpful error message was extremely easy to understand, and told me exactly what needed to be changed to continue.

Create forgiving software - In a few ways this software is forgiving. An example of how this software is forgiving is allowing the user to add and delete new fields very simply. So if you had a field and feel like it is not appropriate or is not necessary, it can be easily deleted. An aspect of this website that is also forgiving is that if you haven't saved what you have changed while editing and you try to leave or move around the website, a pop up message tells you that you haven't saved yet, and gives you the chance to save.
