I chose Ars Technica, a news site that reports on technology developments and some science discoveries. An obvious design on this site are its sorting tabs. They are well defined by the logos of a general topic one may want to pick. It is also easily reverse-able as one may simply click on the previous tab and it. It is also quite large thus reducing clutter and making it more visible.
