1. Kaizen is used break big problem into smallest parts so this way it is very easy to process and very simple and easy to use. The theme of the seven that relates to Kaizen is “good design entails continual redesign’ I think these relate is because people can see how smallest parts work and how smallest parts related to bigger part. Kaizen tells to break down the problem into smallest parts, so first time you try you don’t need to worry about being a perfect at all you can work hard because good design is a lot of work and at the end hopefully you put all smallest part into one.

2. As a team, we decided to do the line problem at Disney World. Before Kaizen we wanted to make a waiting line for parents and kids can play games. While standing line parents look at their kids so they don’t have worry about kids’ safety. Once the time come to family to admit into ride, their kids can join them.

3. After thinking about the kaizen way of design we decided to break things into simpler and smallest part. We decided adding video games, some fun games, mystery games, Disney character for kids these things are easier and kids can enjoy.
