Chad Jordan - Blog 2

The website I chose is Ticketmaster.com. Searching for an event is made very obvious by the site, and there are a number of ways to do so.

The site is uncluttered, with simple and bold colors drawing the viewer's eye to the top-center of the page, where the search bar is. The search bar simply states "Enter artist, team or venue" with a bright orange search button next to it, making it obvious how to find what you are looking for. There are also quick links on the left side of the page for often-searched events.

There are some advertisements on the main page, but not to excess and they do not detract from the central function of the site, which is to find and purchase event tickets.
