I would create use surveys to better understand how users are reacting to the design and navigation of the website that I chose. Are they quick in understanding the basic idea behind the navigation? Are all of their questions anwered? Also, how do they feel when they visit this website. The general feel of the site is geared toward a specific user group, people who would live in Bloom apartments. Bloom is an apartment complex that caters to the college crowd, but leans away from the typical party life attitude. Serenity and creativity are larger selling points to their intended customers, and hence website users.
