The site I looked at last week is Indiana University’s main website http://www.iub.edu/ for University. I will suggest that online surveys should be best idea to see how users feel about whole website and their personal experience while using that website. Ask questions about their personal experience, how to organized, something user feels need to change, if it’s hard to use the website then how to use without difficulty, and something user wants to change or added it. I choose to do surveys because it is an easy and not to costly well organized way of asking thousand and thousand people including IU students, staff, and parents about their judgment over the website. Just need to email all IU students, staff, and parents the survey link and they will answers the questions about opinions and personal experience. Surveys are very effective for acquiring high level information that can help you to gather information about how people rate the overall usability of the website, what they like best about, what they like least and its best idea to ask IU students, staff, and parents because they are going to interacts with this website more and more.
